Warranty
Repairing:The item will have one full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our parcel.In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts with free cost for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.
Exchange:All items from us will be entitled to a 1 to1 exchange if you find the item is faulty within 14days when item is signed.Please note returning item must IN ORIGINAL SHAPE, that means this warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused by mishandling, abusing, alteration, neglect, disassembly or dropping. After checking we shall send you a new set. In this exchanging case, buyer should take the shipping cost from your country to China, and we take the shipping fee from China to your address.
Return: We offer refund if the item is not to your liking during 3months after sold. 25% restocking fee will be applied on all kinds of refund. And the returning cost would at the buyer's responsibility.
Parts and labor will be covered for normal use only on all machines we sell.
Should the machine be broken by misuse(ie. dropped during moving) the warranty will not cover any broken parts. You may still send the machine to our service centers for repairs but the repair cost, shipping cost and parts will not be covered by the warranty and will be charged to you before any repairs will be made.

Should we receive the machine for warranty repairs and our repair technicians determine it was broken due to misuse we will contact you for payment before making any needed repairs.
